International Foundation for Protection of Freedom of Speech “Adil soz” under support of Holland’s NGO “HIVOS” carries out Project “Ensure of legal guarantees of Internet’s development in Central Asia” from August 2007.

The most important component of this Project is monitoring of situation of Internet’s network and violation of rights of its users in Kazakhstan. Monitoring consists of reports of volunteers and correspondents of Foundation “Adil soz” and publications placed on websites in Internet. Judicial qualification of information carries out with registration of the whole system of acting legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international law.
