According to the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan completed 24 cases under Art. 174 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Arousal of social, national, tribal, racial, estate or religious hatred) for the first half of 2019.

Including:
- 18 cases decided upon the sentence;
- 1 case dismissed
The number of accused was 2.  19 of them were convicted, 3  were acquitted.
- As of September 2019, 67 cases under Art. 174 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan were registered at the National Register of Pre-Trial Investigations. 55 cases were submitted to courts.
